The TailBlazership
We are building the brand that helps Indian dogs live longer. We are not hiring interns to make coffee and copy decks. We are looking for seven people who want to own a line of the business, and two of them will not leave when the twelve weeks are up.

In 2021 our founder was carrying his own Labrador outside for bathroom breaks. Six months of rebuilt nutrition later, Einstein was 33kg and running. That is the whole company in one line. Every dog in India deserves that version of the story.
TailBlaze exists to redefine how pets are cared for, so they live longer and families never have to wonder if they did enough. HeartPour, our first product, is in market now. Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart are next. The people who build that next chapter with us are the seven in this cohort.
You do not have to be a student.
Final year, just graduated, one year into a job you have outgrown, or taking a break and looking for the right thing. All of it works. We care what you have made, not what year you are in or where you studied.
What we are looking for is narrow and specific: somebody who has already built something on their own, without being told to. A page they grew. A shop they ran. A design series nobody asked for. A spreadsheet that fixed something. That instinct is the whole hiring bar.

Pick one. You can rank a second choice on the form, but you will be hired for one seat and you will own it end to end.
Ecommerce & Marketplace
Take HeartPour live on Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart. Seller accounts, catalogue, A+ content, keyword listings, pricing, review velocity.
Graphic Design
Ad creatives, packaging supports, landing page assets, marketplace A+ modules, brand system extension.
Social Media
Own our Instagram. Calendar, community, comments, DMs, trends, the daily posting discipline most brands quit in week three.
Content & Video
Shoot and edit reels with real dogs, real families and two very cooperative in house models named Einstein and Curie. Script, shoot, cut, ship.
Influencer & Partnerships
Build India's best dog creator network from zero. Outreach, negotiation, seeding, briefs, tracking. Also vet clinics and pet cafes.
Operations & Supply Chain
Order flow, dispatch, courier performance, RTO control, inventory planning, packaging quality. The unglamorous work that decides whether a D2C brand survives.
Customer Love (CX & Retention)
Every WhatsApp, every review, every worried dog parent at 11pm. Turn first orders into repeat orders and repeat orders into stories we can tell.
The part that is actually rare.
Paid from day one
Per month, depending on the seat and what you bring, plus a performance bonus tied to the number you own. If your number moves, you get paid more. No unpaid work, no reimbursement games.
The Founder's Table
Every Friday, ninety minutes with the founder. Not a check in. A teaching session on brand, sales, unit economics and how to sell anything to anyone.
Your own P&L line
One metric. Yours. On a dashboard everyone can see. This is the thing you will talk about in every job interview for the next ten years.
Demo Day
Week twelve you present your work to our investors and advisors. Real room, real questions, real feedback.
Two full time offers
The top two of the cohort get offers to stay on permanently. We would rather build our team from people we have already watched work.
A recommendation that means something
A completion certificate plus a personally written LinkedIn recommendation from the founder. Specific, not templated.

The honest FAQ.
Is this paid? How much?
Yes. ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 a month depending on the seat and your experience, plus a performance bonus linked to the metric you own. The bonus is not a token amount, and it is not discretionary. We will show you exactly how it is calculated in week one.
Do I have to be a student?
No. Final year students, recent graduates and people a year or two into a job are all welcome. Several of these seats suit a graduate better than a student.
What happens after twelve weeks?
Two of the seven get full time offers to stay. The rest leave with a completion certificate, a written recommendation from the founder, and one number they moved that they can talk about in any interview.
Is it remote or in office?
Ahmedabad, in person, because you learn ten times more sitting next to people who are building. We will consider hybrid for outstanding candidates in the design and content seats.
Can I apply for two seats?
Rank a second choice on the form. You will be evaluated primarily on your first.
What if I have no experience?
Then send us something you made. A reel, a poster, a spreadsheet, a shop you ran, a club you built. Made beats studied.
Do I need a dog?
No. But you need to genuinely care what happens to them.
